TERMS & CONDITION
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully before submitting a request.

✦ GENERAL ✦
✧ I currently offer fully rendered bust-up and half-body illustrations.
✧ All commissions are for personal use only unless a commercial license is agreed upon.
✧ I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
✦ PAYMENT ✦
✧ All payments are made via PayPal invoice in USD ($).
✧ I charge full payment upfront before starting.
✧ Once payment is confirmed, work will begin.
✦ PROCESS ✦
✧ You’ll first fill out a Google Form with your commission request.✧ I will contact you via email to confirm details and send the invoice.✧ I’ll provide updates at each step of the process (sketch → lineart → coloring → rendering → final).✧ You are welcome to ask for WIP updates at any time!Turnaround time: 1–3 weeks
You’ll be updated throughout the process. Delays (if any) will be communicated.
✦ REVISIONS ✦
✧ 3 minor revisions allowed during the sketch phase.
✧ After rendering begins, only minor color edits will be accepted for free.
✧ Major revisions may require an additional fee.
✦ REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS ✦
✧ Commissions can only be cancelled during the sketch phase. If you choose to cancel at this point, you’ll receive a partial refund based on how much work has been done.✧ Once the sketch is approved and I begin coloring or rendering, cancellations are no longer possible.✧ I reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund at any point if I'm unable to complete the commission or feel uncomfortable with the request.
✧ You will receive the latest version of the artwork as-is (e.g. the sketch).
✦ USAGE RIGHTS ✦
✧ You may repost the commissioned art with proper credit.
✧ You may not use the artwork for:
✪ Commercial gain (unless licensed)
✪ NFTs or AI datasets
✪ I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio or social media unless otherwise agreed.

A PayPal invoice will be sent. Once payment is complete, I will begin.✰ 4. Sketch Phase ✰
I will send you the rough sketch. You can request up to 2 minor changes here.✰ 5. Rendering Phase ✰
After your sketch is approved, I’ll move to the final rendering.
You’ll receive progress updates at key points.✰ 6. Final Delivery ✰
Once finished, I’ll send your high-resolution PNG(s) via email.
